Xbox 360 DVD freezing

Okay as the title says my dvd's are glitching like crazy in the last few days, no idea wether the machine is over heating or something but i was watching dvd's last night with no bother. Anyone else have this problem? Oh and ive had my 360 about 2 and a half months now. :D

I have a problem with any Irish/UK Tv Dvds on my 360 (I.E : Father Ted, Top Gear etc), I have to change it to 50hz settings to watch it properly, any Movie works fine on 60hz, tis strange, annoying nonetheless......

There have been many reposrts of problems with the xbox from overheating to dodgie power supplys .

Best option is send it back because its unlikely it will overheat playing a pal dvd

Bit early to jump to the conclusion thats its over heating and it needs to go back. Its been well documented that trying to play some DVD's at 60hz will cause them to skip. Sounds like a far mor likely cause.
