Hi Guys,

Need urgent information.

When I log on to play BF2 I only get between 16 and 50 servers showing up in the multiplayer, so I updated my game to 1.22 with the patch from the official EA website. Now when I try to join one of these servers I get a message that reads, This server only allows players with unmodified content to join, revert to your version of battlefield 2 to the current official version to join. The only thing I done before this start happening was install patch 1.22 from the official EA website. Can any of you guys give me any info on what could have gone wrong.

Modified content just means that the patch didn't patch correctly so you'll need to try again.

If it still doesn't work then look for servers that run on LINUX in the server browser. These will be the ones that don't have a green TV icon beside their name. You'll still be able to connect to these servers.
