Broadband in Cavan

A Chairde, A friend of mine has just built a home outside of Bailieboro Co. Cavan, and is looking to get internet access, he does not have a phone line. Has anybody in this area have broadband, if so , who supplies, and what options does he have ?????

Have put in Bailieborough , but all are ASDL , and he has,nt got a Phone Line......
