Sky plus box and screen format

I hope somebody could help me.
I have recently disconnected my tv and sky+ plus for laying a wooden floor.
Before I disconnected the TV and box when I switched on the TV it would default to the sky channel plus the picture would automatically change to whatever the channel was being transmitted in e.g widescreen etc.

Now since hooking it all back up when I turn on TV I have to chanegt the channel to put onto SKY plus the screen does not change picture to e.g. widescreen. I have got the sky + boc set up for scart control and RGB and 16:9. I notice that if i change any of these settings the picture does not change. I have reset the box but still no joy. It is not the TV either as I have checked the settings and they have not changed before I moved the TV.

Can anyone suggest what the issue is ?

    Many thanks

    Hi Tony
I am not at home to check but I have the scart in the top scart on the sky plus box and have tried the connection into all 4 scart connections on the TV.
    Thanks very much

Check again... as Tony said you must connect the TV scart of the digibox to the AV1 socket of the TV. It'll not switch otherwise.
