Outlook 2003 unable to view Inbox???!!!

    I've formatted my bosses laptop,
    re-installed everything inc Office 2003,
    now for some reason he can not see his inbox, he can veiw all other folders,
    Sent, Deleted etc. he can even view folders which are in his Inbox, he just can't view the contents of his Inbox.

    There are no error messages displayed, the display just remains white but it works for all other folders.

    Any ideas I'm stumped!

    It's Outlook 2003 connected to an exchange server.

    Any help will be greatly appriciated.
