Alright folks i have a second round interview this week

I was just wondering what kinda stuff they go into in the second interview will it be identical to the first one or will it be completely HR driven.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated...

    Cheers lads

It depends on the role, company etc - can you give people a bit more info?

Ring the HR contact you have and ask. It shows initiative and also that you are interested in the job. They should be able to tell you whether it is CV, behavioural, competencies based etc.
