RSS feeds automated from XHTML page?

    Is there a way to insert mark-up in a web page in such a way that it will update a live RSS (XML) file when uploaded?

    i spent a good while looking for the same thing for a php/mysql script which can generate xml pages for rss feeds, if its any good for you?
