    Hi,

Do any of you know of any web feeds for horse racing cards and results.

By feed I mean passing data to a database so that it can be displayed on a webpage.

For Example: www.horse-results.co.uk would use a "feed" to take the results from and store in their database while the page then updates automatically by reading from the database. Anyone aware of such a feed for cards and results.?

    Thanks,
    finnpark

I would assume that it would be an XML data feed service!

It's an RSS feed that you're looking for. I know the BBC site has RSS feeds but I wouldn't be sure if the horse racing results are available. Looking at the link you gave they seem to use the RSS feed from the BBC for their racing headlines.

If you do find one and need to changle the format or how they are displayed then the simplest way to redisplay them on a webpage with be to pass the RSS feed through and XSL transformation to produce the output webpage.
