    There is this one internet site i cant log onto..its nothing to do with the BB because i have tried it on a different laptop and i can log into that site fine in the same house with the same broadband. I just cant understand why i cant log on, any ideas???

    What sort of site is it, and what sort of log-on? If it's a banking site, for example, it may be you don't have Java on your machine.

    Is it a porn site? Perhaps netnanny is stopping it. Post the link up here, and we'll have a [strike]****[/strike] look over it.

    sorry, yes would have been helpful if i gave u the site - its www.pokerroom.com i have loads of family and friends who go on here and 'meet' up and play with play money....so im all left out. i have tried many things to get on but nothing seems to work. i thought it was the BB but obviously not now if i can get on in the house with a laptop.

    Can you get to the main page? At what point do you experience a problem?
    Describe the problem - any error messages? Anything?

    Apologies, i stupidly just forgot to give the website...please forgive me??!?!

    Its just not doing anything at all when i type in the web address, well the progress bar keeps going up and up but then when it eventually reaches the end(takes about an hour) it just says DONE in the left cornor but the screen is blank :confused:

    Using IE and i havnt got any blocking plugins enabled. Now i get to the login stage (i never did before) but it just stalls when i enter my login and password and i cant get further into the site then to start playing??
    I can get into other sites using user names and passwords like online banking etc etc.

    I'd say wait until they've fixed their website and then try again.
    It was very slow to load yesterday - and today:
