letter to Mary Coughlan

Dear Mary,
I realise that you are claiming you had nothing to do with the publicity which arose concerning you and I in the last few days since the*beautiful *photos of Frank and myself appeared in the mail. And indeed laughably, you are claiming you dont know why I am at war with you.And that you dont want to be at war with me.*It must have been april fool's day yesterday, since you can only have been Joking with those two claims.

You know very well that you had agents of yours give interviews to various papers and that you also spoke yourself to various papers wherein they made it seem as if it had been 'a close friend' who spoke. These are facts which I will prove against you in court, should we end up in a court situation.

I will also prove that you are lying when you say that my texts to you were sent 'accidentally' by you to 'a friend' who then passed them onto newspapers. I have one newspaper who is prepared to stand up in court and attest to the fact that you deliberately caused them to be printed. you also did not cover your tracks well at all mary, in other ways. And there*are two other specific ways in which it can be proved that there was no 'accidental' sending of texts on your part, but that it was knowingly and conciously done by you.

I have no shame in admitting that AFTER you had deliberately spread lies and stories about me to various papers I set about claiming my right of reply, which I will continue to do should you spread any more lies about me, or your own behaviour.

You know very well, that you have slandered me consistently for the last six weeks, to many people, privately and publicly and I fully intend to bring charges against you for that If I do not recieve a private and public acknowledgement of that fact I have copies of every text you sent your ex husband in which you slander me, and also you ex husband is prepared to witness for me in court that what I am saying is true. As well as witnessing to the fact that you spread to many people associated with him, slander of me. There are others to whom you sent slander of me, who are prepared to witness in court that you did, and I will have others made to testify if they refuse You are aware also, that it was you and not me, who started this negative publicity and that all I have done is claim my right of reply to what YOU have placed in the public arena.

If you wish to prevent further publicity and also court action against you for slander, you should admit that you slandered me wrongly. And that you spread slander against me in newspapers and to your family and to associates of your ex husband. I expect a private and a public apology and I expect you to back down from the course you have taken which involves slandering me and harrassing me with slander and negative publicity..*ALL of which has been generated by you and not me

If I do not recieve private and public apologies we will end up in court and you will regret it very much. As the publicity ensuing from a court action, will not be good for you.

Be aware mary, that I am not the one here who has anything to lose. I have already dealt with twenty four years of negative publicity and I have no fear of it. Nor any care for what anyone thinks of me. In short, I have nothing to lose from anything that you may think will hurt me so dont think I give a toss what you put in the public arena. This is amusing to me.

You are the person here who has more to lose, so I would advise you to back off it now. As you dont want me answering you back every time you spread falsities about me.

I repeat, that should we end up in court, you and not I are the one who will suffer most. And should you continue to spread slander against me and pretend it wasnt you who did so, you will regret it in court.

Apologies from you both privately and publicly, are the only things which will stop this mary and I am fully prepared to see it through to the bitter end. YOu have played the suffering victim here very well, but nobody buys it. And certainly the justice system will not buy it. And your machinations and your maniplations of your friends so that they spread your lies and slander on your behalf without realsising that you have lied to them, will all be revealed in court and therefore in the public arena.

I would advise you to apologise and finish this. Because I will not stop until you admit what you have done.

If I sue you, yes it will be frank's money I win, as you have so gleefully pointed out.*But*I will give it straight back to him. And the media will have a field day with you, not me. I do not mind how long it takes Mary, I repeat to you that I will have you crying for your mummy by the time I have finished with you, and I have nothing whatsoever to lose by taking you on.

So if you want this over, then admit and apologise for, what you have done. Cease slandering me. And cease to bully your children and your ex husband using me as a weapon.

Also cease running like a little baby to your ex husband every time I say anything, instead have the balls to deal with me directly or through your solicitors.

Just a personal & eccentric dislike of mine is the frequency that one sees the word 'looses' instead of 'loses' being used nowadays

I have not looked at her website in-depth. I just find that the grammer and structure of her words, as quoted by mike, are incoherent. I did click on the link that mike supplies, but it just links to her main site. Hence, my links question.

BTW singingstranger it's Coughlan the singer she's having a go at (alledgely).
