Old Merc on Ebay

    Anybody see that fintail 230S Merc on Ebay? I phoned the guy whe i was at 510 on thursday and agreed a price of 1250 as he didnt think it would reach the reserve. Went to the bank to arrange money transfer and phoned the guy again to get his account number and he's been offered 1350 by someone in Tipperary so I agreed to top that when the auction finnished. It made 1950 - result or what.
    Anyway, I'm going to BCA Auctions in Bridgewater on the 11th. At least you know where you are at a proper auction. I'll come back with something.

    Yeah I saw the car, it was listed a few weeks ago too but didn't sell !

    I was nearly going to bid on it !

    Actually maybe we should list our eBay usernames in our sig. to avoid bidding against eachother !
