Question re Spybot detection

    I ran the Spybot - Search and destroy and 1 item was listed as being a problem.
    "Windows Security Center.AntiVirusOverride"
    When I expand the item the following information is given "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Security Center\AntiVirusOverride!=dword:0"

    Anyone got any idea what this is and should I fix this problem or just leave it.
    Hope this is not a silly question but I am a computer novice.
