Extra tickets for Oxegen/Radiohead

*Does any one know when/if extra tickets might be going for sale for Oxegen? From the Oxegen site it looks like that they are not ruling out extra tickets being sold. Is this true based on previous years? If this is the case did this happen last year and if so when?

Also does anyone know if extra tickets will be made available for Radiohead/Beck in Marlay park?

Yeah, they usually release tickets a week or so before Oxegen, so as to sting touts.

I'd doubt it'll happen for Radiohead/Beck though.

Radiohead were the first band I know of who kept tickets back for sale on the day of the concert to combat touts. This first happened in July 2001 for their homecoming concert in Oxford and has continued since. Even in the small club tour they did in 2003, it was possible to get tickets for all of the dates on the day of the show in question. So I think it's very likely there'll be more tickets, but IMBW.

penexpers is right. Also, I don't think Radiohead will be at all happy when they hear Ticketb*stard were selling EIGHT tickets per person - i've never seen that before - sure there's touts selling tickets to the gig for 150 euro on ebay already!

I'd say you could get lucky. Don't give in to the touts.

Yeah saw that, ridiculous, i think the promoter decides that sort of thing though not ticketmaster. Look i think the reality is music is about money and none of the people involved really give a sh*t who gets the tickets be it touts or fans as long as they sell them all as quickly as possible.

ALL Oxegen tickets are sold out, and ALL Radiohead tickets are sold out. When will people get that into their skulls? Anybody telling you there have been tickets held back is talking through their anal canal...

The only tickets that will be on sale are, as always have been, tickets that have been handed back or qualified for refunds.
