high score high ping

on a server the other night and when my score was going to get the gold medel my ping shot up to 1028, i didnt get kicked though, on the next map it happened again to one on my friends.
on the score board after, i noticed that the guy that got the gold wasnt even on the score board, neither did he come up as a commander. he was on the screen for map stats though for combat.
is it possible for an admin to interfere with this or does anyone know why this might happen.
i checked xfire and his name didnt come up on the player list.

Sounds like a new exploit again, but did you check both teams? Once i saw micro come up on the mec team but he was usmc on sharqi

yep, checked both teams and couldnt see him, he wasnt a commander either,i checked with the tab key both teams, at the end of the round score and the player list on xfire. it was just a bit odd that when i went ahead i got massive lag but was ok when gettin average points. thought id get kicked for that high a lag.

maybe it was just a coincidence but 2 games in a row on same server same clan guy.
just wonderin if admins have this kinda power over the game.
either way it was a great game,
