My bro was on table in Fitz tonight and player A went all in on the turn, Player B says something like .. i got you.. and turns over his cards for the nut flush and only then proceeds to push his chips over the line. Is it ok to turn your cards face up over the line before of call is made?

Yes, when its obviously a call its fine, he could have gotten exact chipcounts and demanded the other player turn over his cards first, also I would take the "I got you" as a call.

yeah thats perfectly fine. i'm a dealer so i know its ok. if he turned his cards over and proceeded to wait and try get a reaction then thats not accepted but if he had said 'i got you' it was pretty clear he was calling.
