hi guys, can i have some advice plz. i'm looking to buy a camera which has the macro feature, ie close up pics. i'm a total newbie on cameras so advice is welcome. i'd like to pick one up here on boards if possible. thank you :)

most cameras have a macro facility, usually a little flower button. depends on your budget, 500 euro + dslr's are the way to go, under that, well the nikon coolpix range are meant to be good( i did a quick search).
