    Hi,

I'm sure most people are familiar with the 'pigsback' sizzler e-mails. e.g http://www.pigsback.com/emails/3771/default.asp

They do their own stuff in-house, but we'd like to do the same stuff to our membership database, with our own messages.

We're a small company so budget is tight, but could anyone recommend a designer who can do this sort of stuff, because a lot of times when we've asked designers to come up with a e-newsletter template, we've been disappointed by the standard of work, and the high fees that are being asked for.

PM me if you wish, or contact me on oharam@magazines365.com

Not sure exactly what it is you're looking for (the pigsback page requires you to be a registered user) but you might have a look at GroupMail from www.infacta.com.

I've used it a couple of times in the past for managing mailing lists and as far as I remember you can use it for html emails (and it's an Irish company)
