Do you need a pc for BB router?

    You can access a router via wireless on a laptop etc when the main pc is turned off (afaik) so is their an acutal need to hook the router to a pc?

    Nope. Mine is buried upstairs somewhere, attached to the DSL modem, nothing else.

    Simple answer, no. Your router isn't dependant on your PC.

    Yeah thought as much but on copped it there that I could move it some where else.

    Does any one know the best place to get a wireless dongle for a desktop then? Or is a pci card the way to go?
