I'm not too TV savvy. Is there a way to transmit the coax input from Chorus upstairs without installing any cables?

Those only transmit the output of a device like VCR, DVD Player, etc.

Though you could connect it to your VCR, assuming you have one, and in the room upstairs, use the VCR remote to flick through the channels (you'll be using the VCR tuner for channels).

I got them things in Aldi a year ago (they are not in at the moment)

They are cool, and they also have a wireless sensor for remote, so you can use the remote, say upstairs, when the tv that you are controlling is downstairs

At the moment it isn't being used for TV it is going from my computer to my big widescreen TV so you can play games or whatever on a nice big screen :D
