Basketball in Letterkenny

    Hey just moved into the big smoke of letterkenny recently and just wondering what the deal with the mens basketball teams here. i think there is two - the letterkenny town team and the LYIT team.
    • Can anyone just join them?
    • what is the season like?
    • are they any good?
    • are they looking for players etc.....
    • who do you talk to join

    In relation to the basketball teams I wouldn't know anything about them but give it a day or two and you should have some details posted up here.

    Theres 2 teams in Letterkenny
    Letterkenny Heat and LYIT

    Lyit are currently a top ulster team.They won the Ulster Cup last year and finished 2nd in the Ulster League in their v 1st season in it.Heat also joined the Ulster League last year 2.
