    Hi every1

I'm wondering about the age group of managers in any typical corporation? Would it be from 25 to 35 or 30 to 40 etc..

I know this could variate from a company to another but there is like a general group age for management.

I'd be very interested to know about this in particular in IT Field.
Note I mean corporations and not small companies because in a small company you can be 24 or 25 with a directing business title.

come on you managers let us know how old you are?

    Thanks

Well it obviously depends on the type of job/company (etc), as well as mitigating factors. However for an IT role, for example (and I'm not a manager at an IT firm, I just deal with them) I see them in early to mid 30's. Generally speaking I wouldn't put anyone in a management position unless they're 5 or more years in the workforce/their particular speciality.
