Dude commuting on mini-moto

Every day a guy passes me on the path on the Quincentennial Bridge in Galway on a mini-moto - I guess he is on his way to work (or school?!) and he seems oblivious to the law regarding what he is doing. He wears a helmet and jacket but drives all the way on the pavement (which has a cycle path) Anyone else see him or others like him? Should I report him or try and race him?

Race him! You know you want to!
Preferrably on a bmx, with full matching coloured leathers.

I could borrow my daughters pink and white Barbie bike with stabilisers and plastic shopping basket and wheelie past him until he was too embarassed to be seen in public again. Though I might give myself a heart attack. Keep an eye if you are in Galway city - I'm sure he goes all overthe place on it. Twit.

I see a guy, from time to time, on the back roads in Kildare, riding a minimoto chopper. Big extended forks 'n' all. Looks absolutely hilarious, and will continue to do so until he crashes (not once have I seen him wearing anything more protective than jeans and a t-shirt - yes, even in Winter. He's clearly a bit on the mad side).
