    I ordered 4 x 512MB of RAM about 3 weeks ago off scan.co.uk and I paid them the full amount but there was an extra charge of €30 because it was being sent to Ireland, so I canceled.

    So it has now been 10 days since I last heard from them even though i sent 3 emails since I canceled and I still havent been refunded any money, I think it was in the region of €150, anybody know how I could take this any further or what my rights are regarding this situation?

    contact the credit card issuer, explain they added 30 euro unauthorised a thte end of the transaction and now u got no goods

    thats the thing, I'm using 3V so there wasn't €30 to take out of it, so I canceled.
