Before every patch, the admins at the EA UK forum collect as much information concerning what people would like to see in the next patch. The last time (for patch 1.2) my top 3 changes were all applied so the system does work (at least for me!) :) Please use this option to express your views as the list *is* sent to DiCE…

Please use this option to express your views as the list *is* sent to DiCE and the devs *do* take heed of what is suggested.

You can list all the issues that you have but need to list the top 3 changes you'd like added.
