Why is this board so quiet?

This board is deathly quiet.Why is it not picking up more students from the sin boards?It is a lot less lockdowns than sin and we have a brilliant moderator in the form of syxpak.Even the NUIM board has a couple of pages of threads.We have a good few nuig'ers.Its not as if there is little to talk about NUIG. I much prefer the style of boards as compared to sin.

Although on the other hand i can see why is sin is so cautious.It got sued a few years ago if i remember correctly.Does anybody think this has the potential to take over from sin?

Sin has served for longer than I've been there.
The SNR has fluctuated towards the latter in recent times, but it remains the main forum for the college.
