Maybe it has already been discussed here, Has anyone noticed that on the Irish channels if you have a program in your personal planner set to auto view, When it switches over the program has already started. eg last night CSI Miami was already started for about 2-3 mins when my sky auto view kicked in.??

    Yeah I noticed that aswell.
Also when you are looking at RTE look at the time on the now and next banner then change to a Sky owned channel and the time will instantly change by around 2 or 3 minutes.

Must be a time Zone thing :D

AFAIK, it has nout whatsoever to do with Sky, it is just RTE's shoddy programming schedule, lol.

There shows are always running a few mins early or late. I don't think I've ever seen any of the other terestrial channels, start there shows on time either, for that matter.

I thought the same, that it was RTEs fault, and indeed TV3 as most programmes start early. But I also recently notices the 3 min time difference! So that would appear to be a Sky problem surely?

Funny enough lately on my Sky box it seems to have corrected itself, and the RTE 8pm starts appear to be at the correct time. Weird.

Check RTE Teletext time and compare with EPG RTE Time and EPG Sky Time. The RTE Teletext time is roughly what RTE use and comes from RTE not Sky.
