Problem with Sonic RecordNow.

    Using a Dell 5000 I got about 14 months ago. Did a few back ups on CD and DVD and burnt a few music cd's etc in that period. Problem now is that it wont burn to DVD.

    Im using the same media as before so there should be no probs there. When I click on the burn button it runs for a couple of minutes and ejects the disc with an error message.

    I emailed Dell and they sent me a new Cd which I used to reinstall. Still no good. Contacted them again and first they suggested a system restore and then changed that to a system reinstall. No way am I doing that.

    They then suggested phoning their software support people but as I know very little about computers and there is a substantial charge for those calls I decided here was the place to go.

    Anyone else have that problem or anyone have any ideas on what to do. All advice would be much appreciated
