Saw a couple of adverts in the weekends papers and it's the first I've heard of the place. Anyone been and know what kind of games they run and what standard they are?

I havn't seen the TempleBar one so this is not a comment on it...
In general there seems to be a lot of small pokey 'glorified arcades' opening up as casino's in the middle of Dublin. If these are badly run then they'll eventually attract negative publicity which will impinge on the industry as a whole - the print media and radio shows will lump the well-run places like the Fitz and SE together with the dives.
Legislation very badly needed.
