"GPRS connection not available"

Have not been able to use WAP over GPRS for a while now, on O2.

I recently changed my price plan from one of the old Choices tariffs to a Global Timesolo business tariff.

Is it possible that I now have to subscribe to a GPRS package in order to use it?

Just wondering if anyone else has any ideas before I ring customer services - they already sent me the connection settings again, so I dont think it can be that.

hi, ask them to check that your account is still "provisioned for GPRS" for the particular access points you want (e.g. WAP/ISP...)

I will call them when I get a chance and mention that

    Cheers
