IR Mod?

I use my XBox as a dvd player and would like to fix the remote.
Anyone know where I can get an IR Mod for my xbox - Ill be installing it myself. I see http://www.chiptech.de/content.php?rad_id=221&rad_f=150 have them but they only take cc, not paypal, and their site doesnt inspire confidence (anyone any dealings with them?). I cannot find anywhere else that has them in stock.
X3 Ir addon is everywhere but no use to me as I dont have an x3 modded xbox.

Info: IR Mod allows powering up,down,resetting the xbox from the microsoft dvd remote by adding a ir sensing chip to the reset button.
- (it doesnt need a hacked xbox so shouldnt be a problem discussing it here).

looks good, only 12 Euros, tried to order one - but They dont deliver to Ireland - guess they dont trust us.
