    Guys - after months of playing single player on battlefield 2 i have just started multiplayer but am having difficulty logging into some of the maps as i do not have the downloaded map on my machine.

    I have tried to search for the maps that i would need on the net (www.totalbf2.com, www.bf2-maps.com ect) but am unable to find the downloads.

    I have listed some of the maps that are most popular on the multiplayer lists below....can anybody tell me where to download....thanks...

    EI Alamen Day
    Ghost Town
    Levitation
    Market Garden
    Mass Destruction
    Night Flight
    Shark Peninsula Night
    Surge
    The Iron Gate
    Warlord
    Zatowe Wetlands 64

    They're Special Forces maps. You need the Special Forces extension to play them.

    (You have to buy this extension)

    wow i remember when i was netless and played bf1942 religiously on sp then moved onto mp, such a difference, your gonna have a great time, have fun m8

    Yeah - Thats were I learnt my trade.... ha ha ha...

    Seriuosly - unlearn everything from singleplayer - except maybe flying. Sniping is differnet cos real people move more... everything is different but still I found the single player really enjoyable - and now I'm a glory hunting medal chasing stat wh0re... Not the highest score but all my medals..... ha ha ha ha... sorry.

    Thanks for that guys - kinda gets my back up tho....paying money for a game but you only get half of it!! (i.e. not being able to play all the maps in the multiplayer!)
