    Hi

The lock on the drivers side backdoor on my opel astra (2000) has become so stiff and hard to open that I have just failed my NCT because of it. (passed everything else fine :D )

So I was hoping Id be able to remove the door trim and spray it with WD40, but removing the door trim seems to be getting the best of me, I've taken out 2 screws out of the panel, thats all I can find, but I can't get it to budge.

    Anyone have any suggestions???

I'd like to get it NCT'd asap as I want to sell it.

    Regards

    B2

Un do the window winder using a fork like tool.
    Un screw the handles.
Using a flat screw driver prise the interior off.

Go and get a Haynes Manual. Copy the required pages.
