    I am moving to Donegal shortly and I want to take up Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Would anyone know if there are clubs up there?

    seen josie 2 weeks ago in drumcondra, he driving this big massive jeep and people in a car had just pulled òut in front of him, he was screaming at them and lashing on the horn... as he was balling at them another car pulled out....had to laugh... had to laugh :D

    Go try out the classes and don't let other peoples opinions effect your judgement too much. They may not have even may met the guy never mind rolled with him.

    I don't know or have any opinions of Josie Murray.

    I have trained with Josie on courses, I was very impressed, he has that knack of making everything look very easy and graceful - until you try it yourself that is!

    His courses were carried out in a very patient and professional manner, I am aware that there is a lot of bitching and ego involved in MA, but I have personally found Josie to be much more interested in his Ju Jitsu that MA politics. I would have no hesitation training with him and when my little boy is old enough to begin training Josie is one of the few people apart from Hazel in Waterford that I would trust.
