Timing out when submitting forms

I'm having problems when trying to submit forms on a number of websites. When I submit the form it just times out. It happens on all the computers on my network when using firefox, safari and IE, so I'm guessing its somthing to do with my router. Has anyone else come across a similar problem? Everything else on the network…

Has anyone else come across a similar problem? Everything else on the network is fine - quick response, no lost packets etc.

On my router I have the firewall off...I'm stumped. Would some port have to be forwarded?
