Hi All, my friend is Polish and has just arrived in Ireland, he urgently needs to learn english quickly and for as little money as possible so he can work.
Evening tuition is very much appreciated, He is based in Clondalkin, does anyone have any links or know of any places that my friend can go to in order to learn english for a reasonable price. Thanks a mill.

I don't know if this crowd do evening courses (I think they cater more for au-pairs and kids during the summer), but they may be able to point you in the right direction:

Also, try googling for "EFL + Dublin" (English as a foreign language).

Check the adult education section of your local V.E.C.
I was a volunteer literacy tutor with the V.E.C. for two years and my last student was Chinese.
Tuition is one to one or group based
The service is free of charge and is available during the school year.
The section I volunteered with ran classes in the evenings and the classes last about two hours.
