    Hi there,

I have a computer loaded with office 2003 and have bought a laptop. When I am going to be using my laptop out of the house on the raod my home computer will not be in use and vis versa. So can I load and use my Office 2003 licence on my laptop. They will never be in use at the same time??

is it an oem license or retail?

what irl robins says for retail,
wouldtnt be 100% sure for oem software.

Yea sorry should have made that distinction myself.

If it's a retail copy you can install on desktop and a laptop provided you are the sole user of both.

If it is a OEM copy (i.e. came on your dell) then you can ONLY install it on the machine it came on. It can not be installed on a laptop nor transferred to another machine.
