    Whenever I play bf2 with teamspeak on it seems to lag bf2 like crazy.

    My internet connection should be able to handle the 2 of them together.

    What way is yours setup or any ideas so its not as laggy?

    Never had that problem with ts and bf2 before. The only things i can think of you can limit the bandwith Teamspeak uses, either that or see if you can update your sound drivers.

    I just can't get it to work. It keeps saying error 1011 or error 1101! either way, it never works!

    Yeah TS can cause lag on some systems. You can alt-ctrl-del and make the TS process high priority to help with the problem. Ventrillo is much better.

    Settings Options Bandwidth

    And change up to 4kb, try that. Best way is to get someone with nothing to do to stay on TS while you test it a lot.

    I have both unlimited and its fine, but when on 2mb had up set @4kb.

    Not a problem for me when my IBB is working OK. Perhaps yer PC just needs a rebootm that often fixes lag for me espicially on SF.

    I changed my bandwith from 3 to 4 kbps and ctrl+alt+delete and changed the priority to high and all was well. Not a hint of lag.

    Anyone know anythin about making a .bat file to open ts so its high priority?

    Well, to make BF2 a high-priority app, a 'BF2-HI.bat' is:

    @echo off
    cd /d "C:\Program Files\EA GAMES\Battlefield 2"
    start /high BF2.exe

    So, I'd imagine to make TS a high-priority app, a 'TS-HI.bat' could be:

    @echo off
    cd /d "C:\Program Files\TS"
    start /high TS.exe

    (obviously change/adapt correct file folders and app names)

    :confused:

    I'd rather use ventrilo myself as I've used it before and it was better - unfortunatly clans seem to prefer ts as their comms of choice. e.g. tig have their ts server @ games3.iol.ie. Do they have a ventrilo server?

    Aye we do, however one of the guys has problems with it. Vent server on 82.195.136.136, but its an old version.
