Might as well start the thread,

India won the toss and put England in to bat, a bit strange imo.

England 40-0, hopefuly Strauss will put a end to his poor recent form.

They should put on a least 450,

Shame about shah, he was playing very positively for his debut.

Bit of a "no loose" for England this one, they are missing half the first 11 so will be heros if they win and no-one will be to pissed off if they come up short.

    india 279 all out
    england 11-1 2nd innings

england all in for 191 in the 2nd innings, not the greatest total but gives them a lead of 312, india currently 18-1 in reply, will they be able to bat out the remaining time, or will they achieve the total?

At least England have made a decent fight of it even if India win this one. I thought the entire tour was going to be a bit of a disaster

i doubt it, i thought Flintoff had WAY too much work to do, you look at yesterday, he had to bat, and not judt bash about in his normal syle, but conserve his energy, play reservedly, make a score, have the thought of declaring in his mind, while also thinking wheter he should open the bowling with someone else, and to add to the lot, he fields in slip, way too much for 1 man, i fear if he was the captain he`d be like Gilchrist was for the ausies, or Tendulkar was for india
