I have been getting a lot of spam recently that links to a phishing page within a legitimate website. Take this one for example:

http://www.createtokill-clan.de/onlineshop/catalog/images/update/index.html

Are spammers taking advantage of insecure upload scripts to get these files onto peoples websites? Has anyone read any articles about this?

Edit: Having visited NetCraft, they seem to have a couple of articles about this.

Out of curiousity, have you reported the phishing page to the site operator, or Visa?
