I need to find out the Indoor humidity level in the upstairs of my house for my kids health reasons, anybody know how I can do this accurately without having to spend a fortune?
    Any help much appreciated.

I have a weather station that also calculates the humidity inside, but you need to even buy a humidifyer as i did to be sure of keeping the air moist.

You can buy a weather clock for cheap enough which has humidity inside on it.
I had the same problem with my kids, that the air was too dry, turn off the radiator open the window before they go to bed or else buy the humidifyer, mine was 40 euro

    50% humidity is comfortable
