Heavy SQuats one day and heavy cycling or running the next??

    right i do a full body weights session on monday, wednesday and Friday and i either do heavy footy trainin on tuesday and thursday or i do spinning classes.

    I have noticed when doin the cardio that my legs can feel a bit tired which i think is from the weights the previous day. any ideas on whether or not this trainin routine is ok? or what?

    Also my diet is fine so its not that
