mon-friday my diet would be the same!
tuna or toast and protein shake for breakfast at 11
    i have peanut butter sandwich
    peanut butter sandwich @ 2
at 4 i have protein shake
about 5-6 i have dinner usually potatoes and meat or poultry
    at 9-10 a protein shake!

    sat and sunday:
    tuna for breakfast
usually a take away once a week for dinner and beef or chicken with vegetables and potatoes (roast usually) for the other
2 protein shakes on both days
i drink about 2-4 litres of water a day and rarely drink alcohol

would this diet be enough to have me lose weight and gain muscle?
    heres my gym play
    mon upperbody
    tuesday lower
wed free or mabey a 5k run
    thurs upperbody
    friday lower
sat and sun: one a rest day the other i go gym for light session and take a light run
would this suffice for what i want or should i change diet etc?
