I would blame the parents were she under 18 but !

Tara Rose McAvoy, 18, was walking Monday near railroad tracks when she was struck by a Union Pacific train, authorities said.

A witness told Austin television station KTBC the train sounded its horn right up until the accident occurred.

If a train is passing speedily, you can be pulled under if nearby the tracks..

She was a bit thick for walking close enough to the tracks when she knew she wouldn't have heard any danger. Also if I was walking around the tracks, regardless of whether I'm deaf or not I'd keep a look out. Not that I'm thick enough to walk around tracks like that.
