DIT €10 FO - Bolton St. Tuesday 14th

Hi, the lads in Bolton St (not me!) are running a €10 Freeze Out tommorrow, sorry for short notice but could be of interest to people looking for a side game before hitting casino's or looking for a cheap game etc.. details as far as i know are below.


1. Who is running the event: DIT Poker Soc (bolton st lads)
2. The purpose of the event: poker poker!
3. Date and Location of event. DIT Bolton St,,, top of oconnel st and turn left! Tuesday 14th March
4. Registration and Start time of event. Reg 1pm, Start 2pm
5. Any prerequisites: doubt it.
6. How can tickets be purchased & is there a maximum number. expected numbers 100+ (low standard i'd say) tickets on the day.
7. Type of Tournament. Holdem NL FO.
8. Cost of entry and any subsequent rebuys/top-ups etc. 10 euro.
9. Cost of registration . not sure.
10. % of entry fee/rebuys/top-up going into Prize fund. not sure how the bolton st lads do this.
11. Any guarenteed prize pool. HOPEFUL prize pool of 1k.
12. If applicable, Number of re-buys allowed and over what time frame/blind levels.
13. Starting Chips. not sure again, heard 5k tho.
14. Rebuy and Top-up chip amounts.
15. Blind levels. regular levels.
16. Blind timeframes. 30mins.
17. Places being paid and if any prizes are other than cash (free entry to other tournie, merchandice etc). all cash.
18. Are there going to be dealers - and their level of skill. last few tables i think.
19. Will there be a documented list of rules. TD in charge.
20. Is there a tournament director. yes.
21. How are disputes handled - who has final say. TD.

Once people start getting knocked out there'll be side games aplenty!! bring a couple of quid and fleece the students!

Where is this one beside the Cineworld or Virgin whatever its called and is it on upstairs, downstairs etc ?

yea, this is the dit at the back of cineworld (old UGC). i dont know where in the college it is, i have never played bolton st myself but its not that big so should be easy to find.

if we get at least 3 boards people at this we'll even let you play against the famous team student team that beat a VERY VERY drunk antesup team - unless you cound devore's winning of the table as his team winning.. hehehe...

The bolton street lads decided not to turn up, im not sure if it was just a really bad practical joke or what.
