I have a One for all wireless audio sender which basically allows me to get channels sent from 1 tv to another wirelessly so have sky in my own room. I recently got broadband along with router and laptop which of course I use wirelessly but when it's switched on, it gives a fuzzy signal and is causing interferance for my tv. Is there anyway or any device I can get which can stop this interferance?

Have you tried changing the channel the wireless network operates on?

Along with changing the channel the wireless network is on, if you have the manual for the wireless TV sender see what frequency it operates on and if it is possible to change it so that is at the other end of the spectrum from the wireless network.

The wireless channels on your router should equal something like this so if you know the frequency of the TV sender you can set them apart without having to resort to trial and error hopefully.

    ch : Ghz
    01 2.412
    02 2.417
    03 2.422
    04 2.427
    05 2.432
    06 2.437
    07 2.442
    08 2.447
    09 2.452
    10 2.457
    11 2.462
    12 2.467
    13 2.472

    oO

....so,um,yeah. Change channels & reposition the wireless receiver. If needs be, bury it somewhere and use cardboard&tinfoil as backing.

It just says 2.4ghz doesn't get any more specific.
Ok I changed channel but now wireless isn't working.
I haven't changed channel for specific laptop, not sure how to do it so have to leave it until I figure how to change settings for laptop before I mess around with it

It will just have to be the trial and error method then. Change the channel of the wireless router and check the network afterwords, a reboot of the laptop might help just to verify if it picks up the change in the channel hopefully you should stumble upon a frequency that allows both to work.
