I cant seem to access www.juno.co.uk through my breeze connection on the Ballymun mast. I've never had probs with it before last week, no other problems with the connection, the speed is fine and all, its just this 1 site i cant seem to access through IE or firefox

it works if i go through www.the-cloak.com but it wont work directly, and as i want to use my credit card on the site i'm not doing it through an anonymous proxy!

has anyone any idea on how to get around this??

I would assume that you've used a site from which you're purchasing something previously, so... Have you ever had problems with it from the same computer/connection?

    tracert & post here?

havnt a clue whats wrong, it works on every other connection i've tried.

think there is a website you can go through to get to other sites, but dont know how safe that would be also with using your credit card and I can't remember the name of it either.

80.253.125.227 is listed as a Level3 router in (or routing to) the PacketExchange facility in London - http://www.packetexchange.net/

    inetnum: 80.253.125.0 - 80.253.125.255
    netname: PKXG-GLUE2
descr: PacketExchange Level3 Glue LAN (THN)

As VinnyL is getting replies 80.253.125.227, the problem is either at PacketExchange or further in if something is filtering ICMP echo requests.

Here's how it looks from my side using tcptraceroute (a Linux tool that does not depend on ICMP echo):

I dropped a mail to PacketExchange with a link to this thread and they believe the broken route from IBB may be problem at Juno's router or web server. They're forwarding the details to Juno.

Is it still unavailable from IBB today?
