Just wondering what yourselfs would do in this cicumstance.

Ive got a few items on ebay for sale which arent for much money, ive put down paypal as my only method of payment due to being inundated before with bloody scamsters trying to send western union and uk postal orders.

How and ever ive got a potential buyer who keeps messaging me complaining that im unfair for not accepting postal orders and its not his fault he doesnt have a credit card and that he should report me.(he hasnt bid on any of the items btw)

Granted his feedback is 100% but i still dont want the hassle of postal orders, ive also been as clear and helpfull to him as possible but he just seems to be a pest at this stage.

Can he actually report me because i wont accept his method of payment or am i right to stick by my guns?

He can report you if he wants but ebay won't do anything about it, they do encourage users to use Paypal.

As an alternative option for that buyer you can ask for Cash in Euro via register post but as his own risk.

    Regards

Ignore him. It is your sale, therefore you choose how you want to be paid.

Tell him to feck off and stop annoying you. In fact even better don't tell him anything and add him to your blocked bidders list..

What payment method you use is your business. I only ever said I'd accept Paypal but I did accept cash and cheques on a couple of occasions but first told the sender that it was solely at their risk yadda yadda yadda

    ^^^
Can i block him from contacting me?

I replied telling him i only accepted paypal and suggested he could use a 3v card if he was stuck, that seemed to drive him mad and he's since sent me two more messages saying my listings are a shambles and he wasnt intrested in buying anyways - what a knob!

I doubt it - you could report him to ebay for pestering but better off just filtering him in your inbox..

Ignore him. Remember Ebay now own Paypal and encourage the use of it

Thats like threatening to report people who choose to only ship within their own country! nonsense.
