does anyone know a program that can convert flv files to swf files without leaving an ad in the video? something similar to Total Video Converter except free? also does anybody know a host who'll allow me hotlink to an swf file of a decent size? about 30 megs?
I must have a unique flashbox (yes i know how sad that is:o )

    Thanks in advance

Do you have eircom / ntl / bt broadband ?

Use your free webspace that you get to host your flashbox file. I used to run a gameserver and I kept all the big downloads for it on my bt webspace, it was getting hit for maybe 5 gigs a day and they didn't care at all.

Putfile allow you to host .swf files and you can get a direct link to the url, but their limit is 25mbs iirc.

Except when people go to YouTube they know what to expect, and thats usually a large file. When they go to a personal blog / homepage, they shouldn't be assaulted from behind like that. If you have to put in a Flash file, at least do your visitors the decency of making it small.

I swear, Bebo Flashboxes are probably right up there on the list of retarded ideas...
