    same happend when mossy monk made a thread in "24", it actually made a clone of his thread and looked like what the OP has shown.

    if the mod had to approve the thread you would be notified after you press the post button.
    We see it as a normal thread but with a little pre-moderated icon.

    The only conclusion i have from it is that since the servers are split maybe at the time of posting the threads got split and if one was finished before the other it was just left as is.

    Thats assuming that there was a thread that had the same title with all the full post. I hav'nt looked.
