2.15 Ayr:Patxaran-This race wont take much winning,The ground is right for him, with P merrigan on board(v.good apprentice)i expect him to try and steal it from the front, ran well after a break to chase home the useful Turbo last time and is expected to improve for the run, looks good value around 5-2,cant have the favourite Calfraz with top weight considering what he's achieved, main danger may come from Woodford Consult, was unlucky to run out after rallying last time, won previously with good app. T Greenhall on board then and again here.Looks Between Patxaran and Woodford Consult.Apart from the top 3 in the market the others look very moderate

4.00 Ayr:Big And Bold-Former Grade 1 Winner in Ireland a few years ago,Has Showed he still retains ability by running well for a long way on both starts for new trainer this term+apparently he has been mapped out for this race,3m1f stretched his stamina last time and the return to 2m4f should suit along with the ground, handicapper has been far from harsh with him and with T ony Dobbin on board he looks tremendous value at 3-1 although i expect him to be shorter at the off.Of the others,Reivers Moon rates the main danger, ran a good race after a break last time but his form looks a fair bit behind my selection.Brave Thought and Flight Command are sure to be popular After filling the first 2 places in a 2m1f contest at Newcastle last time, personally i dont think that was a great race, neither are sure to appreciate the extra 3f's with their best recent form coming over shorter, they both look exposed in comprison with Big and Bold,If he fails ro perform then perhaps one of the outsiders can take the honours, perhaps the well regarded Master Sebastian.

5.35 Ayr:Stolen Moments-I'm not a big fan of horses carrying penalty's in nh flat races but this does'nt look a very competitve race,he's a course and distance winner last time out,(he and second pulled 7l clear of the rest)has been given a break since and with T Greenhall taking 3lb's off i'm surprised he's not favourite,he is currently 6-1.The only other horse with racecourse experience is Classic Harry but he has looked very average on his 2 racecourse starts,he will be shown in a different light over hurdles and a longer trip but imo is one to avoid tomorrow, the dangers appear to be the 2 unraced horses Gunner Jack and Neutron both Trainers of these Horses have to be respected especcialy at this track,Although Neutron may not be one of Len Lungo's better horses suggested by the uninspiring jockey booking of K Renwick,Nicky Richards Gunner Jack looks far more dangerous with Dobbin on board but his ability is unknown atm and he will probably go off at a short price,Stolen Moments experience will stand him in good stead especcially in this ground so he is my selection with Gunner Jack the main danger

Havent picked anything at the other meeting because the races look quite competitive and tricky imo, well thats my saturday treble:

    2.15 Ayr Patxaran
    4.00 Ayr Big and Bold
    5.35 Ayr Stolen Moments

return of 490 quid for a five euro stake, not bad
    gl all. :D

These two are fairly low prices, but it should make a nice double. I have good confidence in both horses.

    Navan

3.50 - I can't see anyone else only Wheresben taking this. The only one proven on this course and also this distance has been looking good recently. He has more experience than most, and is handy enough on heavy ground. Unless there is a major upset, he should win this no bother.

4.20 - Again, the odds on Royaldou is the only one who stands out here. Good form against decent rivals last few times out, good conditions for him, and O' Dwyer has a decent enough record here too. Can't see much in any of the rest.

    Bet:

    Double:

    Wheresben
    Royaldou

    Bet:

    Double:

    Wheresben
    Royaldou

Wheresben wins, but a 25/1 shot spoils the party.
